Our RSL DVA Claims/Appeals Advocates are trained volunteers, who can help guide you through the claims and appeals process. Our Advocates can assist you in getting the best possible result for your circumstances, getting you the recognition and respect for your contribution that you made during your service.

  • We can offer independent advice on making a claim and inform you of the government legislation that covers veterans’ compensation

  • We can help you complete your application, supporting you through the claim’s lodgement process

  • We can help make sure you have all the correct documentation to support your claim

  • We can keep in touch with you throughout the process to provide updates and reassurance

  • We may be able to help you appeal a rejected claim. We can review your case to see if anything was missed and assess what your options are.

  • Assist with Discharge & Retrospective Discharge
