A story of Aussies serving in the Vietnam War, a story with a difference.
Five different young men called up to serve in Vietnam, five young men from
different parts of Australia. All serve in the same platoon, one an officer, the
other four serving under him. Tensions build, some of those tensions
relating to experiences back home before their call-up.
On their last day of service ‘outside the wire’, as Australia is withdrawing
from the war, the men rebel, refusing to carry out an order.
