Remberance Day

On the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month in 1918, after four years of thunder and horror, the guns finally fell silent.

As the guns fell silent all those years ago, we pause our busy, noisy lives and stand in silent reflection. This simple act of remembrance is one small way we can honour the sacrifice of our fallen service members.

They gave their today for our tomorrow — sacrificing their futures in the hope of shaping a better world for those they would never know.

Lest We Forget.
